To ensure availability for all clients, I kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. This policy also applies to same-day cancellations and no-shows.
